Refund policy
We offer a full refund in the following cases:
- The order was not shipped within the agreed timeframe.
- The product never arrived at its destination.
- The product arrived with manufacturing defects or visible damage.
Process: The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product (or estimated delivery date) with photographic evidence or a description of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5β10 business days to the original payment method.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
